By accessing the hbhb.app website and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "hbhb Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hbhb and its users. Please read this document carefully before registering or using the hbhb platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

In this document, "we" and "our" refer to the organization operating hbhb. "You" and "user" refer to anyone using the platform.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and participate in betting or gaming activities on the hbhb platform:

• You must operate your account in your own name and on your own behalf.

• Your account has never been closed or banned by hbhb.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own financial decisions.

Participation in betting or gaming activities by minors is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

At hbhb, each individual is only one account can be opened. If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and associated balances may be forfeited.

Important Account Rules:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to the hbhb support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• Accounts created with false information will be subject to termination at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting on hbhb. Please also read the specific rules for the relevant event before placing each bet.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless hbhb itself cancels the event.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply to previously placed bets.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, stakes for the relevant bets will be refunded.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hbhb reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live Betting: hbhb is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced while betting on live events.
• Maximum Win Limit: hbhb reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings for a single account on specific events.

Hbhb supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal. You must submit your national ID and mobile banking account details prior to your first withdrawal.

• We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Hbhb reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions pending verification.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.

Hbhb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its users. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is applicable once only.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x). The exact conditions will be listed on each offer's page.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account termination.
• Multiple Accounts: The same individual may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.

Hbhb believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our users to game responsibly.

Hbhb provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Cap the amount you can bet within a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform, either temporarily or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: Receive regular reminders about your gaming time and spending.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbhb platform. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Hbhb reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed; however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to prohibited activity.

Hbhb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor changes will be updated on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
